Please note that from 5 p.m. on September 17, 2020 to 24.00 on October 26, 2020, you can apply for an EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE scholarship using THIS LINK.
Before you apply, you should read the BANDO DI CONCORSO, which will be published at the same time as the online application is opened.
Documents to be attached to the application must be sent ONLY ONLINE through the portal, using the specific section CARICA DOCUMENTI.
Students with foreign income and documentation must have their ISEEU calculated, as indicated in the BANDO DI CONCORSO and in the note on this page. It is advisable to send the documentation (even if it temporarily does not have consular stamps) to this CAF by email: iseubrera@libero.it. The cost of the document is 15.00 euros (The CAF will email the IBAN to use for payment). The foreign documents in the original and with the stamps of the Italian embassies of the countries of origin of the different Students and the ISEEE Parified document calculated by the CAF will have to come to the Office Right to study, via Dark Flowers, 7 - 20121 Milano by November 18, 2020 (it will be true the postmark).
Students with Italian income and documentation will have to have their application calculated their ISEE 2020 for the right to study at any CAF in Italy before applying. The documents will all be uploaded through the scholarship portal, so you will not have to send or deliver any paper documents to the DSU Office.
It is possible to apply for Grants/Scholarships/Canteen Service and Accommodation from the 17th of September to the 26th of October 2020. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO DELIVER ANY DOCUMENTATION IN PERSON OR BY MAIL, ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION WILL BE UPLOADED FROM THE GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS PORTAL (foreign students must deliver the necessary documents in their original format by post or in person by the 18th of November 2020 - date of postmark serves as proof). At the end of the page students can find information on the documentation requirements).
THE ISEE 2020 CERTIFICATE FOR THE RIGHT TO UNIVERSITY EDUCATION (the certificate is available from CAF- for those students with an Italian based income) OR ISEEU 2020(*) based on income and assets 2019 for those students with income generated abroad or with a combination of both incomes.
Can those students enrolling in their first year, academic year 2020-2021 apply for Grants/Scholarships/Canteen Subsidy and Accommodation?
First year students can apply for grants/scholarships, canteen subsidy and accomodation and the same terms and conditions apply as for other students. Students should consult the attached file at the bottom of the page for merit and income requirements.
In view of the publication for the new Announcement for grant applications for the academic year 2020-2021, we would like to inform those students with a foreign based income or an income generated in Italy and in a foreign country of the documentation required (this information is not pertinent for those students whose household income was generated exclusively in Italy in 2018 and 2019).
It should be noted that the dates for submitting the application have yet to be defined, but students should prepare the necessary documentation as set out below in advance, considering the waiting times at the Italian Embassies of the students’ countries of origin.
The information is pertinent only for those students who will attend the current year at the Accademia, requesting the benefit for the academic year 2020-2021.
EXCEPTION to the year outside the prescribed study time but not to the thesis year: Applies only to students with a disability equal to or greater than 66%. They can apply for this additional year.
Furthermore, students are reminded that it is not possible to apply for a grant or a scholarship if they have already attended a/any year of study, even if that year of study has not been concluded, and then re-enroll in a same level course as from the first year (the terms and conditions regarding the Five Year Restoration Course are slightly different, and students are invited to consult the Announcement for the Academic Year 2020-2021 for details)
This year will see an extension to the time frame for the delivery of the documentation in its original format, so those students who do not have the necessary documentation within the times set out will not be able to request any extension.
