With the Millennials of Art event, Brera launched in 2019 an initiative aimed at promoting dialogue with businesses, creating a bridge towards the employment and professional future of its students. The initiative is now structural in nature, it will in fact constitute an annual appointment, a window on the dynamics and opportunities that the knowledge economy offers to our students.
The Academy wants to bring this new opening up to the world of companies increasingly looking for active and proactive human capital. With the aim of exploring and recording what could be the skills they expect; better direct their search for talent; but above all to induce new curiosities in our students and offer them the opportunity to express the culture of convergence that characterizes the millennial generations.
