Health and Safety at the Accademia di Brera

In the attached booklet students can find a list of the precautions to be taken when handling tools, instruments and chemicals commonly used in teaching.

And it is precisely for students’ own health and safety that it is strictly forbidden to introduce and make use of means other than those approved by the Accademia di Brera itself. If in doubt every teacher is able to provide students with advice and direction.

Devoting some time to reading the Health and Safety Manual is a worthwhile investment for later on in life: being aware of potential dangers and standards for conduct are useful prerequisites for all professionals who want to protect their own health and safety, the health and safety of others as well as the quality and respectability of their own professional work.
